Been shopping here since they first opened. Cannot fault them in any way. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful. I'm happy with everything I've bought, and any slight problems with items have been resolved speedily and with absolutely no quibbles. The manager is very hard working and goes out of his way to help. There are some great bargains available. All in all, a much better and more relaxed experience than a certain Swedish store! Thank you.

Was like a free for all jumble sale. Boxes all overhead store
Just to say how helpful the staff were at JYSK in Bradford. I travelled all the way from Teesside 60-odd miles to pick up garden furniture. Despite our best efforts we couldn't squeeze the boxes in. Knowing how far I travelled, Blaze and colleagues unpacked all the boxes and placed each part in piece-by-piece, meaning I didn't need to make an extra long trip. Thanks again!

Great place for garden/ patio furniture attached sensible prices. Staff are very helpful and friendly too, Google maps is slightly off, so I suggest you put in Wickes Dewsbury then continue straight forward past Wickes in to the car park. Also TAKE A 5 PENCE PIECE as it 5p to park in that car park for 1 hour and the parking officer is constantly about, you don't want a flippin parking ticket Good lucky and enjoy
We went to buy garden furniture and after looking around we found what we were looking for .the 2 male members of staff were really good and went out of there way to help.after returning home we unpacked the furniture only to find one was badly damaged. We rang the store the male member of staff was great told us to return and exchange the damaged chair .when we returned to the store a blonde female was behind the desk .both my husband and myself got the feeling that we was putting her out .her words when we arrived. He's gone to get you another one have you got your receipt I need it .not very good customer service. Shame because I think if we had brought both chairs back we would have asked for a full refund because of her attitude
