I have found all staff at JWW Consett to be professional, friendly and very approachable. They have succeeded in keeping me up to date with progress and answered all questions managing my expectations. I can state with confidence I would recommend this firm for selling, from dealing with Tracy for valuation, Denise and two Julie’s everyone has been very efficient and helpful, couldn’t have been better informed throughout the selling process.

The Consett team have been brilliant, especially Denise, Claire, Julie, and Tracey!  The property received an offer after the first viewing, which was pleasing despite being a cheeky offer below the asking price; but the team assured me that the valuation was realistic to allow for the work that is required for improvements!  Good team though - nice and friendly, and knowledgeable to boot!  =:^

I can't rate the estate agents enough from a buyers perspective. We recently had an offer accepted on a house and Denise was so helpful in liaising with us and the sellers. She gave us regular updates and was quick to answer any questions we had about the next steps and everything else. Would definitely recommend both JW Wood and Denise to anybody. 10/10

I can't fault the wonderful sales team at JW Wood. Consett. Tracey, for the photos, Clare for great communication and information and Denise for her regular contact and advice throughout. Can't not mention the two Julie's either for putting up with my many calls and messages. Entirely professional and personable team. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with JW Wood Consett and their Aftersales service.  Our property valuation was quick and realistic and Tracy was very approachable. We sold very quickly! The commission charged was very reasonable.  Denise in the Consett branch found us a new property within 24 hours after our initial purchase offer fell through. She was fabulous.  Amanda in Aftersales is absolutely worth her weight in gold and ensured that all parties were fully informed of the progress of both sale and purchase - she really did everything she could to make sure our move was as painless as possible.  We would highly recommend Woods for both sales and purchases.

Couldn’t fault the friendly and helpful staff at Consett branch. Julie kept us up to date at all times.  We had photos taken on the Wednesday, by Tracy who was amazing and captured the full potential of our property,  and had an offer of full asking price on the Saturday.  Would definitely recommend using this estate agents.
