Where do I start?! If you can’t be bothered to read, I’ll make it quick & simple. If I could give them 10 star I would. The BEST landlord I’ve ever dealt with. I Had the pleasure of living in one there  properties for just under 10 years. The only reason I moved is the property was no longer suitable for my needs. Everything’s really straight forward, look after the property, treat it with respect. Directlettings will do the exact same for you, that simple.  I’ve dealt with every hassle renting. Been promised the world to get you to move in/sign a contract. Then once your in, No interest, work not done by the time you move in. Chasing for repairs, deposit been kept for very questionable reasons, chasing up deposits been returned etc. Had NONE of this with Directlettings, it’s not how they operate.  I’ve dealt with alot of estate agents & landlords over the years in Newcastle. Including some of the biggest & none have been in the same league.
