We would just like to thank you for the provision of our curtain pole.

The pole is spot on and is just what we wanted. We know that in view of the circumstances it was difficult to fit but we feel that you have fitted it perfectly. You indicated that there might be an issue with curtain length and to be honest there isn’t give or take a couple of millimetres, you would not spot the difference if you did not know.

We have experienced great customer service from our first visit to your shop to fitting. We are delighted with the outcome. Thank you very much.

Extremely pleased with the products and service. Have previously used Justpoles to supply curtains and poles, which are as good today as when they were bought. The blinds which were recently fitted are wonderful, much better than expected. Will be happy to use this firm again.

I would have to say this is the most poor online retail experience I have ever encountered. I ordered curtain poles on the 20th Jan to be told 5-7days delivery 10 days later not here chased told I would be called back no I wasn’t. Called again and again 6th Feb somone told me the ends were out of stock and discontinued but luckily for me they came in today a 4.15pm and they could get the order out for me. I kindly asked to delivery to be refunded given not delivered in timescales and I was not informed that the items were out of stock or no correspondence on the delay. I was told point blank no just deal with it. I then asked to speak to a manager who I was told was in a meeting until 6pm when I said I was considering cancelling the order the manager was all of a sudden available got on the line and told me he cancelled the order and called it back from the delivery company without even checking what me the customer actually wanted to do.

Do not trust this company I have used poles direct before and much better and their staff are actually helpful and if something is out of stock won’t take 16 days of calling to find that out! Don’t give your money to etailers like this as there are plenty of places that you can buy curtain poles from with no hassle. The owners response on the last one star review tells it all and I’m sure given what I have just experienced he will try to blemish this review too. I certainly will never use this company again.

Very Poor Supplier 
Ordered Curtain Poles and they failed to arrive s week later , eventually found they've thrown  them over a neighbours fence  and left them there  damaged in the rain. They failed to redeem  or replace the damaged goods .
DO Not Trust this company . I Re ordered from Poles Direct and got a much better and more reliable service
