My dad and I popped in for the first time on Saturday, really impressed with the service received. Both extremely friendly and helpful excited to be trying to brew a first hazy IPA, will definitely be returning!

Been with Wendy for years now and always confident in advice she has given me in the past and no doubt in the future. Friendly, pleasant and lovely lady. Even Wendy's husband, When he has delivered wine for me is exactly the same friendly, pleasant and lovely man. Guaranteed a place to go to.
If you have any questions or Doubts just ask the pleasant staff and they will bend over backwards to help! Beers, Wine's, Spirits, They can advise, & point you in the right direction!
Spot on, order on website and go collect, get it delivered or just pop up, got everything you need to brew, owner is extremely helpful, has helped me loads, highly recommended
I called in today for advice about my batch of cider. Unsure about the best bottling method and any equipment I might need I received great advice from Wendy and reassured that I already had everything I needed. No sales pitch, just sound expert advice in a friendly, informal manner. A great find. Thanks Wendy.
Don't know why I hadn't been here earlier. Teriible with names so you'll have to excuse that but the woman in the shop who served me was brilliant. I'm not the most experienced in terms of home brewing and despite asking what you might consider stupid questions she was more than happy to answer. Provided me with some very good recipes and advice as well as a card to give them a call whenever needed. Can't find a single fault with the business they've made a customer for life and I can't wait to be back here again!
Wendy is always friendly and has an in depth knowledge of home brewing, always willing to advise. Please keep supporting this business to keep it going during the current difficult times.
Brilliant little unit, loads of choice for wine & beer, always a friendly service & free advice Prices more often than not cheaoer than on line plus your supporting a local business, well worth a visit
Small brewing supply shop on the High Street in Houghton with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are also very reasonable. One of my favourite places in Houghton. Lidl is probably the easiest place to park for access.
