Couldn't be happier. I've had my tank fully functioning with no issues for over 5 years, unfortunately a few weeks ago I lost a few of my fish due to a spike in nitrites in my water, I've since rectified those issues and my water was testing perfect over the last week and a bit... So I decided to go to just Finn's yesterday looking for a new fish to add to my tank now the water levels are good, I came away with a beautiful healthy Bass and genuinely couldn't be happier after acclimating my new fish I added him and monitored his well being through out the night. I've just fed my tank and he couldn't be doing better. Absolutely over the moon! Great knowledge and understanding on the hobby and extremely good customer service! Highly recommend for hobbyists new and old! And by far the best selection on fish and accessories in the local area.
The best customer service, in fact I consider the owner and staff as friends now. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for sometime now and the more I deal with Just Finns the more positive I feel about them. I don’t tend to leave reviews but these guys truly deserve it. We purchased a RedSea Reefer S-850 G2 aquarium through them, in case you don’t know, this it quite a large setup. Just Finns went above and beyond in making sure that the tank was delivered and installed to our satisfaction and I didn’t expect this and I don’t think other shops would offer / insist on this service. I just expected kerbside delivery. They sent the whole team to help build the cabinet and move the tank on the evening that it was delivered after the shop closed. Great support since setting up the tank and we really feel like a valued customer. Prices are very competitive too and I would rather shop in a store over online where possible. If you are within a reasonable distance of Stoke then please check out this shop for all things fish, coral and reptile. They deserve to do well. Follow them on Facebook.
As a reefer, I don't think I would go back as I found it quite limited in the things I buy but seems like a decent shop and the guys in there were helpful, though didn't have what I was looking for or many nice inspiring corals in
Very good customer service, Mark and Scott are always willing to help and both very knowledgeable. Some lovely fish in stock, everything I've bought from here has always been in excellent health also stock some unusual fish that you won't find in other shops.
absolutely 1st class in customer service and really good stock of tropical fish along with a huge selection of marine life and very competitive prices........if your in doubt just ask any of the willing staff who have a huge amount of knowledge to assist you in any purchases
Went to look at aquariums and came out with a fluval shaker 345l. Mark and his team delivered today and plumbed it all in cannot recommend just Finn's enough A*****.
Amazing tropical fish shop, they have all that you need for you fishy friends and now they supply all you need for your scaly friends too. The staff are immensely knowledgeable and are so friendly and helpful. If you need anything fish related or Reptile related, Just Finns is the place to go
Great aquatics shop this, they stock a good selection of fish, shrimp etc for tropical, marine and cold water, they also have reptiles and good selection of tanks and equipment. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful and the fish I've bought from here have all been great quality and are lasting well.

Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of products and cater to marine, tropical and cold water fish. They also appear to have the best prices on a lot of items such as tank decorations and corals.
