Fantastic before, during, and aftercare. Simple to book online for suitable day time etc. arrived 10 mins before , no hassle. left vehicle .got a phone call in 1 hour as promised. My airconditioning had packed up. Halfords tested it and said suggested replacing the pressure sensor as that was likely to have gone and was the cheapest still over £100 thing to replace. They did that but it still didn't work. The next thing it could be was the compressor but that was >£500. Very disapointing. I decided not to go ahead. They replaced the new sensor with my old one and did not charge for that. I think that was pretty good service as some garages would have leeft me to pay for the sensor.Service: Air conditioning
My engine light came on when I was on route to London, the man who I dealt with was so helpful, ran diagnostics on my car there and then and had me on my way within an hour! He really saved my bacon! I'd give six stars if I could! Thank uuuuService: Auto engine diagnostic
Our Ford Focus had problems with its Aircon. Halfords did their diagnostics and found that the headlight casing had been rubbing on the main high pressure pipe and worn two holes in it. Tha Aircon therefore had no gas. Within 24 hrs they had ordered a new part only available from Ford carried out a full cleanse of the system, fitted the new part and gassed it up. Aircon works like a treat now. Staff were polite and very helpful throughout the process. They even put in addition packing local to the headlight to stop the problem reoccurring. Above and beyond.Service: Air conditioning
Visited here to purchase a dash cam. The young lady sales assistant was most helpful and we bought a model which suited our requirements at a good price. Very satisfied and happy to recommend.
