Local Independent book shop with everything from Children's books, Cookery, Local History to Fiction . I love it.
I have been away from Halifax for a few years, so was very surprised, and happy to find The Book Corner. What every local bookshop should be. An excellently curated selection of books, showcasing local authors. Bravo!
What a fantastic book shop. I'm so pleased I stumbled across this little gem. There's so much choice for everyone. I'm very happy I can access the shop with a pushchair which is always a bonus. I'm also very impressed that you can order books in on request. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to family and friends.
Excellent service, friendly staff very helpful will order online if the book is not in the shop. I found them better than WH Smith as they would not even order online for me while I was in the shop. Plus the book corner orderd my book for the next day and text me when it was in the shop. What great fast and efficient service.
