Formerly the Boatman Pub in Saltash, Just Be is a cafe wine lounge newly opened on the stunning waterfront of Saltash. Why not try us out for brunch, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, a glass of fine wine or, all of the above :)

Didnt want to go to the same old chain coffee shops as usual, and fancied a sea view with our coffee. So I typed into Google 'coffee near me', and saw this lovely place. And what an absolute pleasure it was. Amazing coffee, home made food, it's not cheap but most definitely affordable (You have to pay for quality) and we also enjoyed a game of chess on the comfy sofas, which had warm hot water bottles! Lovely little place, can't wait to come back in the summer and try out the wine, thanks!

Fantastic, dog friendly coffee shop found at the Waterfront in Saltash. Immaculate facilities and staff extremely friendly. Love the little quirky and unusual extras like puzzles and games for good old fashioned fun. A place to push the mobiles aside and be social with others. We had freshly made sandwiches and chunky chips. Delicious!

Lovely warm welcoming coffee house and wine bar. Delicious coffee. There is a hidden entrance but worth a visit when you are in Saltash.

Visited here a number of times now. Once to read a book with a coffee in their comfy couch corner. Once for a quick coffee after a walk. Once for brunch. All times the coffee has been good - strong blend, makes a good flat white. Food cooked and served quickly - can see the chef cooking to order. Would definitely recommend this well located, quiet spot.
