The pools are great for swimming with kids and would get 4 or 5 stars depending on how busy it was, but the food from the restaurant was disappointing. The food took about 45 mins to arrive, was not that hot, was expensive for what it was and the kids meals were tiny and only suitable for toddlers. The menu had also changed and a family favourite scampi had been removed.

Fantastic facilities. Very clean very nice vibe to the place. Wonderful friendly staff and reasonable prices. It could do with being a bit warmer but I'm just being a bit wimpy. They have a policy where by the children under 4 have to use swimming nappies however I think this is a precaution that keeps the pool clean and hygienic. We feel grateful to have found this place.

Really fun for little ones & nice spa facilities for adults (sauna, hot tub etc). Great value.

We love this campsite, very clean facilities and a great leisure centre on site, keeps the kids happy for hours. The private beach isnt sandy but dont let that put you off, West Bay is a small walk along the coast.

The indoor and outdoor pool are both accessible. Both well maintained with plenty to do for kids and adults. There is a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi (of sorts) for guests over 16. Upstairs there is ten pin bowling and a cafe/restaurant. I've not enjoyed the food I've eaten there. The menu selection is really limited and the kitchen staff don't know how to cook a steak. Upstairs has been inaccessible for most of my stay this time because the lift was broken. Some staff don't know where the disabled toilets are located and seem unconcerned about this. The main reception has steep steps and no disabled access.
