I have ordered the Zeppelin watch 100 years for my boyfriend birthday. I was so excited to see it what is inside when I received the big box. I’m so glad for this choice. He is so happy and enjoy his present. Thank you for your service. Tereza

Worst experience ever. I've purchased a watch from Jura Watches. I had zero feedback for a weeck. I wrote an email asking about what is happening but nver got a reply back. I called them and I was informed that the watch was not on stock but was suposed to be shipped in a weeks time. After waiting for another week with no feedback I called them again and I was asked to allow them to check what's happening and to wait for a call back. The call never came so I called again and this time I asked for a refund. I was assured that the request was registeres and that a confirmation will come via email. The confirmation never came. This was 3 weeks after I have purchased the watch. Currently, I have still not received a refund (not even a refund confirmation) and I am going to file an official complaint. This is the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced.

Purchased watch December last year and after 2 damaged watches, and one that stopped working within a month they still have my money the watch and will not refund. Chris Sellors will not reply to my letters and the staff are extremely rude. Avoid.
