We had a wonderful lunch here yesterday and returned today to the fairy garden activity - absolutely brilliant. There was so much for the children to do, everyone was so friendly and engaging; the food that was included was delicious. I'd definitely recommend the activities and the food - we will certainly be returning
Stopped off with a friend to have some breakfast. Found this lovely place on google and thought we’d try it! It did not disappoint. Lovely cooked breakfast and coffee. Great menu and choice of drinks. Idyllic setting and beautiful interior with the choice to sit outside also. Would highly recommend.
The Google map sent us to the wrong location. We persisted and found the cafe which was due to be open at 10am. After waiting until 10:10 we decided to give it a miss. This is the second time we have tried to use the cafe and it has been closed, although open according to signs and Google. Sadly due to the inconsistency and unreliability of opening times we feel we will not return again. Sorry
My advice is avoid at all costs! The new owner Claire Cornier refuses to pay staff and suppliers. She has caused a lot of upset and debt to a lot of people. Her behaviour and treatment of people is disgraceful
Have not visited this place since under new ownership. Why I am asked to give a review is beyond me. All I know is , through local press , the owner owes a lot of people a lot of money and is being taking to court. . This is not from me. It is from angliain times newspaper a few months ago. . Don’t shoot the messenger
Lovely little spot. Fantastic gluten free bread coeliac customer said it was the best cheese on toast she’d ever had, as well as lots of other delightful dishes on the menu, and a really well stocked farm shop. The shop has everything you’d need to stock up a holiday cottage including fresh items, beer and wine. Ideal!
A real treat! Great food, friendly, attentive service lovely atmosphere in the barn or on the patio. I'll buy a card from the shop, write to my Auntie over a cup of "Katie's" coffee and buy some eggs and vegetables from the store. Definitely worth a visit!
Do not bother coming to juniper barn's. It has been closed for months, with no sign of it being open Sadly.
Owners Geoffrey and Katie welcomed us like old friends into their wonderful cafe. They chatted to us and made sure we were comfortable. We watched Katie and the team prepare our breakfasts. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was light, delicate, and well balanced. Very friendly place with delicious food cooked and served by people who clearly love what they're doing.
A perfect end to our Suffolk holiday. We were on our way home back to Essex and stopped here for lunch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and flexible when it came to meal choices for our baby. The menu was very enticing with an array of good options. The food itself was delicious and noticeably fresh with great tasting local ingredients. We followed up our mains with an equally delicious cake. Coming home from holiday is normally a sad thing, but our experience here changed our mood completely thanks to a wonderful experience.
