First time I got fish and chips in my life  Can’t complain about taste as the fish was so good but the chips10pcs, I mean I’m 100kgs    I’m not sure if that’s a normal portion or someone had a joke with me. Paid £7 for this   Right. So just seen the reply from the shop and turned out was my fault. As I said never had fish and chips before and I thought it comes with chips. Next time I’ll get the supper. Thanks tho

£18 for two portions of fish bites 4 sausages and little chips that I asked for. I get times are tough but in future it's either the Chip Yard or the Crescent. You've just lost a loyal customer.

Food is lovely but portion sizes are abysmal. Wouldnt order from again. Too expensive for what you get

Very unimpressed last few times. Last time I ordered Pastie supper and two sausages and asked for it all in together with salt and vinegar. So eventually the wee girl said pastie supper. When I mentioned the sausages she took it back saying it wasn't for me then. Then the other girl said give him that one and put two sausages in separately, not as requested and handed me that in a fairly rude manner. When I opened the thing there was no salt and vinegar either ffs they only had to get two things right and messed up both lol I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place or the service to anyone!

What has happened to this chippy? I have ordered from here since they opened but unfortunately my last 3 orders have been wrong. Each time I brought this to the staffs attention they just say “ sorry about that” but then got my order wrong again. I brought this to the attention of management and they said they would have replaced the order free of charge but this didn’t happen. The management was very condescending and said “ we are very proud of our customer service, merry Christmas” Basically he was saying clear off, we don’t need your custom anyway.  Arrogance at it’s best.

I get a chicken fillet burger at least 2 times a week because I love them but got 1 today it is half the size of the ones I usually get come on Juniors do better we pay enough for your stuff

Just had the best fish and chips in a very long time. Thank you so much to the two nice girls who work so hard. Highly recommended

I did not feel welcome at all, my son changed his mind when ordering and the girl seemed annoyed with us. Apart from that the food was nice. There is plenty of parking and other shops close to hand.

Got a cowboy supper delivered started eating it to realise the chips weren't cooked anuff I rang then some ingnerent woman answered and said what's my problem. told her chips aren't cooked she said they are. I'm the one eating them I would know  Wont be getting out of that place again

Great food, great deals and really friendly staff. Fish and chips to die for. Highly recommend x
