Was helping out on a student visit - free catered food! Food was delicious - tasty, filling, and healthy. Rarely had canteen food as good. Looks modern and clean, and was impressed with the tour RAF personnel are very lucky.
Really good new all ranks function suite for section functions. Staff are really attentive and professional.
I am highly disappointed in this mess, there wasn't many options, the core menu food isn't sufficient so you feel pressured to eat the retail food which is overpriced. Because I have no choice but to eat here every day I am constantly hungry and I'm losing weight. Honestly the worst place I've eaten in a long time!
Don't bother with the omelette if it's the old guy as he seems to struggle doing a couple of orders at once. Then he proceeds to try and give you an omelette that he has already cooked for the person he just served. Then then cooled another 3 omelettes for the people behind me. So basically threw my ticket away and tried to give me completely the wrong order. He huffs and puffs when you give him work and obviously doesn't know how to apologise when he has messed up. This is the 2nd day now he has messed up or just being generally rude.
Selection of food is always poor. When a meeting of people with higher rank than a JNCO was happening in there we were asked to move whilst eating so they could sit where we were. Resulting in someone suffering with indegestion.
Frequently under manned. Despite the staff doing their best my food has been going cold before I have a chance to pay.
Cold food tables dirty no one taking trays off of the dirty tray racks. Poor all round
Only did breakfast....lots of choice and all cooked to a high standard
They have food that is passable and not too bad.
Selection of food very similar most days. Menu always has chicken on it. Vegetarian option very uninspiring.
