Selling or buying a house can be really quite a stressful experience. This time however, it has been the easiest and most straight forward process, helped mainly by choosing the right Estate Agent. From first contact I have been treated to a very friendly and informative service from Lincoln and Louise at Jump Pad. They turned up right on time, advertised precisely as requested, listened carefully to all my requirements and they have kept me informed every step of the way. A friendly, thorough, reliable estate agent that you can trust. Jump -pad have recently marketed an apartment in the Newton le Willows area on my behalf. From our first contact, the service provided has been second to none. Jump-pad provided excellent quality photographs of my property, advised upon best methods of marketing and completed a thorough background check of all potential tenants. The property was marketed at the weekend and a suitable tenant was found by Louise, early the following week. Louise has been available to answer questions following the let of the property which has provided me with complete peace of mind. Jump-pad tailored the contract to my specific needs and have offered lots of salient advise not previously offered by other estate agents. Jump-pad have been thorough, conscientious, friendly, approachable and above all the best estate estates that I have had dealings with. I look forward to using them for future business and can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent friendly & jump pad is the perfect name.   We were very impressed with jump pad, efficient did what they said they would, professional, extremely helpful & totally understood our needs and possible concerns. We were kept informed every step of the way & jump pad had found us a tenant within a week. Where others had failed!! We can recommend jump pad to anyone with confidence.

Fantastic Estate Agents, highly positive experience. Not to long ago I was assisted in renting a house by Louise from Jump Pad. I found Louise to be very personable, relaxed and very professional. Jump Pad made the whole experience very clear and controlled - from negotiating moving in dates, rent due dates and works to be completed in the house. Jump Pad were always happy to take my calls for any questions I had and planned meet up's around my schedule. Overall the experience was made very easy for me. It was refreshing to see an estate agents that didn't charge extortionate amounts! Very reasonable rates for and exceptional service!
