I am a customer of Bridgfords, Newton le Willows. I have purchased a few buy to let properties with them and also our family home and I am more than impressed with their services. From the start the level of customer service has been outstanding and every single one of the staff have been more than helpful in one way or another. John, Shaun, Stevie, Ashley and Caroline have been exceptional and I would highly recommend their services. John has been fantastic, he has found mortgages to suit us personally with competitive rates, always available at the end of a phone to give advice when needed, applying for a mortgage has never been so easy and stress free. Stevie and Shaun have been more than helpful with selling and purchasing properties, using their knowledge to give you the best advice on how to get the most out of properties, they have even worked out of hours to work around my schedule. Ashley and Caroline have also been fabulous, always friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. For me there is nothing better than a friendly, helpful service and that is certainly what you get. Reliable, honest,friendly and most importantly professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

We have recently sold our first home and bought our new house through Bridgfords in Newton Le Willows. The service we received as both sellers and buyers was very professional. The manager came to visit our property, took our information, photographs and measured our house and we had viewers within the first few days resulting in an agreeable offer shortly after. Stevie assisted us in finding our new home and although the purchase of our new house was not an easy transaction Stevie and Ashley were always on hand to deal with any difficulties quickly and effectively. Telephone calls were always returned promptly and as Stevie liased with all solicitors involved in our chain we were always kept updated. Many thanks to the staff in the office. We were very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

I recently sold two properties through Bridgeford at Newton – Le – Willows. The service that I received from Stevie, Ashley and Steve Hook was exemplary. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way, with phone calls, emails and text messages. I'll be more than delighted to use their services again. It is my pleasure, to thank all the staff for their kindness and help in selling my properties.

Having just sold my property through Bridgfords, I can highly recommend them to anyone who is trying sell their house. The agents were pro-active, professional and extremely knowledgeable, and Stevie in particular communicated regularly throughout the whole process. I would absolutely use them again.
