This place is outstanding, we went to the Halloween party on Saturday evening. The staff are amazing, very helpful and they were so good with my daughter and her friends. They were all dressed up, entertaining all the children. The experience was very good from the start to the beginning. Facilities all clean, the food was amazing! Special mention to Jen who went beyond and above to help us. Will defo be returning!
We took advantage of the half term 60 mins for £6.99, and took our grandkids. A coffee was £3.75 for a large Canadiamo and £4.50 for glycerol free Halloween slushy with sweets and edible straw. The kids loved it, there were plenty of tables for adults, although adults were allowed in the play area. It was cool in there, it didn't affect the participants as they were running off energy, but it's wise to dress warmly for observers. The lighting is quite dim inside which adds to the atmosphere , but you do come out thinking you've been in a cave. Participants MUST wear 'Jump' socks £3.00, but you keep them for your next visit.
The photos in this listing are old. Zip line not in use. Horrible “customer service”. When paid I was asked if we had grippy socks, which we did, from a different brand. After entering the play area we were told that we have to wear their own brand of socks, which have a lot less grip than what we had. So had to return to reception to pay £3/pair.nExtremely filthy windows. Dark space. The staff seem to be 16-18 year olds who have no idea what customer service means. Some areas were closed off. Waste of money. Paid £80 for one hour and socks for 4 children and one adult. Won’t be returning.
We were in the area to see family and wanted something to burn the kids energy off before the drive home and found this place. We had a great time, even though it was half term it didnt feel over busy and never had to wait to do anything. Large play areas with lots to explore, lovely and clean with lots of staff on hand keeping an eye for safety.nnGood prices considering the size of the venue, and a range of options for ticket price. We did the hour which was perfect for a 5 year oldnnWill definitely be back next time we are over seeing family
Edited 20/2/2025n… the equipment is always out of order.. it has been for months.. every time we’ve been apart from the grand opening.. stop lying to the customers, get it fixed.. your reply seems more focused on the socks..nYou can see from the sign on the equipment how long it’s been not working or maybe it’s understaffed as it’s everything in this area..nits a joke and you know it.nYour very good at charging full price but not fixing broken equipment.. None of this side works and hasn’t since the last time we came and the time before that which is well over a year.. Miserable, stressed, male staff member on hand to quickly tell everyone off who goes near anything that isn’t working.nStop ripping everyone off paying full price and fix everything.nIt was better before you upgraded the inflatables.. Oh and you must wear their less safe socks.
