Great fun for the whole family. The kids love it every time.nSome new activities have now been added to the Elstree location to make each visit extra fun!nStaff is very friendly and helpful and the cafe has a good choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit!
We booked Elstree branch for my daughter’s birthday and we absolutely loved the whole experience. All the kids had great fun! We had little ones in the party too who were also well accommodated in the party room. The party host was very efficient in managing the kids and promptly responding to our requests. We requested to get the party room earlier and the team managed to provide us the room from the very startwhich is so rare. We were very lucky that everything went so smoothly and can’t recommend this place enough for your kids party :
Excellent place for kids and big kids, too!! My kids had a great time playing on all the activities available. Bouncey castle inflatable slide. Foam pit and the big slide. They have other things, but they are not tall enough or too scared to try them.nThey have a dedicated soft play area for under 5s, which is really awesome for little jumpers as bigger kids are not allowed in. The cafe food is fairly priced. Would highly recommend bringing your kids here. KAI, who served us, was very helpful, kind, and polite. She is a credit to the company. We will be coming back.
Great activity for kids. Clean, tidy and lots of fun! Tickets are good value but you have to buy and use their own socks which adds to the cost first time round. Soft play for under 5s and younger jumper section cordoned off from main area which is nice for smaller ones.nCafe didn't open until 9:30am although our ticket was from 9am so spectators or jumpers might have to wait if first in.nOther areas include a dodgeball arena, crash pit, basketball trampoline court.nSpectators can sit in cafe which is upstairs and good view of whole place.
From the jump pun intended Cara’s customer service was UNREAL. The energy she brought to the party was second to none. She was very attentive throughout, she couldn’t have done anymore for us.nnThe facilities were fun & clean too.nnHighly, highly recommend.
