Place is actually quite nice but overall I’d give it a 3 because the toilets were blocked and I mean literally full to the brim with urine and faeces. A lot of areas were restricted and not many staff- some staff were lazy and just stood there watching and one or two were genuinely helpful. Another thing was that I booked for an unlimited jumping after school on the website it stated that book and then stay until the place closed but there was still a time limit. We got here at 4 and they made us leave by 6:30 which is still a long time and great for the price but a bit misleading. There is halal, vegan and vegetarian food which is pretty tasty and actually at a good price, and there an option to order directly from the phone which made life 10x easier.nOne thing I’d suggest is definitely more staff, and more areas to be opened at a time and Definitely more balls for the ball play areas, definitely need downstairs seating so the kids and adults don’t have to constantly run up and down.
It was fabulous!! My kids has the best time and we are 100% coming back!! The only downfall for me was having to run around from one trampoline area to another as one of my kids was in the older section and the other in the younger... but I guess I also got good exercise out of it!
Dirty. Just dirty. In visible areas and within the soft play gaps. Cracks in the materials and no sanitiser in the dispensers. Ice cream freezer also dirty.nnHonestly, take your own wipes and clean yourself thoroughly afterwards.
Lovely and friendly with great facilities and so much to do. My daughter had a fab birthday and both kids loved meeting Sonic :
