We booked the Mini Consultation for the next day and were initially unsure if everything would go through due to our last minute booking. However the team at IVF London were prepared and had sent out communication to us very promptly. The appointment itself was very easy, there was a technical issue but the team resolved this very quickly and they were all very helpful. During the appointment the Doctor we spoke with was very friendly and made us feel calm and supported, she took the time to ensure we knew what our next steps were. We have gone on to book a full consultation following this as we feel comfortable going ahead with the team as they have made the efforts to make this process as smooth and supported as possible.
It was so easy and quick to book my initial free consultation when speaking with IVF London as called up with quite short notice but the lady over the phone was super helpful and explained the steps to book on via there website which we got an appointment very quickly. The doctor we spoke with was so helpful and friendly in answering any questions we had which made me feel at ease as was slightly nervous, we now have booked in for a consultation to progress forward. Thank you.
We have been very happy with the treatment and care that we have received. All the doctors and nurses have been helpful, professional, supportive and patient throughout our treatment. The nurses and doctor have been available for us 24/7 with the out of hours contact and they were both extremely supportive especially during a difficult period. We are now 12 weeks pregnant and very grateful to the team.
I had a really fantastic experience with IVF London. I had a free 15 minute consultation with a Doctor to discuss my concerns. I felt immediately reassured there were avenues to explore and I'm booked in next week. Highly recommend - professional, experienced and most importantly a welcoming experience.
Our initial consultation was really good and helpful, we were immediately booked with the consultant and looked after. The receptionist were really welcoming and were seen by the consultant quickly. Highly recommend IVF London.
