Jump im well staffed and designed. Lot’s of fun for children. Soft play is same as well. But we couldn’t find any table to sit. Very small amount of chairs for the parents to wait. We put our coats on a chair and standing up until our sessions finished. I don’t think i can come again because of this situation

We took some Year 9 students here as a reward trip for our school. Staff were phenomenal. They were so prepared, courteous, and hard-working. The staff made this trip run smoothly. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you!!!!

Excellent friendly staff from registration through to the food ordering to the floor supervision to the management. All look happy and not stressed.nnClear supervision and following rules to ensure safety for all ages.nnFood and drink is expensive but they provide free water for kids.nnVery clean. Lots of seating. Lots of activities including wipe out.

Brilliant and kind and helpful staff. Lots to do and me, my daughter really enjoyed it.nMy only complaint is the air con was on to high it was freezing in the cafe sitting area.nOtherwise very clean and great fun.nWould definitely go again and recommend.

First time we've been, took my 11yr old and her bestie. The hour went  very fast and they had a great time. Plenty of different activities and a good way to burn off energy. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was impressed by the constant cleaning up in the cafe area, wiping up of spillages on the floor and tables, putting left items in the bin and sweeping the floor. This was done the entire time we were there. Toilets had plenty of toilet paper and hot water. Hand dryers not amazing but not enough to knock off a star - I got better than I expected overall and would definitely recommend.
