Good concept but rather poorly executed. Cleanliness and facility management is poor overall. There is now a really silly request where you’re asked to wave your hand in the air for the benefit of the CCTV cameras, to indicate the safety video has been watched. The staff don’t explain the reason for this request which is justification enough not to partake, although I’m sure the waiver covers this, so what is the point? The owners obviously don’t provide good pay so employ very inexperienced staff on the payroll, who I suspect aren’t trained much if at all. The price point charged would be fair if the place was run well, clean and could cope when needed/in an emergency. Unfortunately, this could be a disaster waiting to happen. My last visit saw the front counter unoccupied for several minutes, leaving a queue. The staff are simply not customer centric at all but probably don’t know what this looks like either. I feel sorry for them, their bosses take the money and don’t invest in them or the infrastructure
Fed up of turning up to here to an absolute shambles - Managers how are you turning up here every day and you cannot even get the basics correct. It is an absolute embarrassment.nThe outside looks like a war zone and don’t come up with some lousy excuse we discussed this last year and it looks like I was paid a lot of lip service.nHow have you not walked the site from a guest perspective and realised you look like a joke factory. Have some respect for your hard working parents that choose to spend with you and prove to us you care.
Considering you've got Area 51 in the same region, Jump In just doesn't compare. Especially given there's not much difference in the price. They've recently gotten rid of the foam pit and replaced it with a football area. Not exactly what you'd be looking for a trampoline park? The foam pit was much more fun for the kids. Now it's pretty much just trampolines and honestly, it gets a bit boring after a while for the kids with not much variety. You also get told off by staff quite a bit for things that aren't marked as a rule on the walls which is a bit confusing. The soft play is fun but if you were to pay for that alone, it costs more than the trampoline area itself at toddler time which is crazy because it's tiny. The soft play also isn't clean.
Great for kids to spend hours here, plenty of seats for adults to sit and wait, got a coffee/snack inside. Plenty of space for kids to room around. Parking's good and has separate rooms for kids parties, great place.
It was my daughter's birthday and she had the best time.She enjoyed every bit of it and made friends too
