Beef chewy in chow mein, curry sauce had no taste, salt and pepper wings were generic frozen ones no salt or pepper and salt and chilli chicken was like gristle again no spice or taste.. normally u would expect spending that much would get free prawn crackers.. probably the only thing with taste. Food was bland, rice overcooked, chowmein was dry, beef in black bean sauce barely any sauce, duck in plum sauce is a syrup rather than sauce. First and last time ordering from here again overpriced for the standard and quality of cooking

Found this place online and decided to try. When I got to shop their prices were nothing like as on their online menu, more expensive. Please be wary.Food: 3/5
Ordered in person and the food was cooked quickly. Slight issues as they only take cash but that aside the food was great, large portion and still hot when I got it home 15 minutes away. Can see this being our new regular takeaway spot. As an aside an older gent cut his leg and the staff were very kind and attentive to the man which you don't see everyday
One of my two favourite Chinese's that deliver in Exeter. My only gripe is that the bbq and sweet & sour sauce are faaarrr too watery. But the chips, chicken balls and curry are top-notch.
Very well priced I Only used the delivery service I always order Singapore Noodles, sweet and sour king prawn and house special chawmain Brilliant every time just what you need after a difficult day and can't be bothered to cook
All the food is brilliant apart from the chips. They look so pale and taste it too. It's a long wait as well so don't go here if you're in a rush. I only give it three stars for the mini spring roles, they're the best around.
We ordered Duck with BBQ sauce. The duck looked as if a cat had been chewing on it, probably ate some too, leaving a few pieces of skin as there was enough left to feed a small child and the BBQ is basically water with BBQ flavouring. The worst and most expensive Chinese I've ever had
Very bad, Will never buy from Jumbo again, The Special Chow Mein was 90% noodles and hardley any mixed meat, The mixed meat was chicken sliiced into smaller bits of chicken...very dissapointing. I will not be having a walk in order from Jumbo again. Rainbow in Burnthouse Lane are so much better. The menue stated that the Chow Mein was topped with BBQ sauce. What I got was a bowl full of noodles and small chicken bits..and no BBQ sauce, Very bland tastes, I will not purchases from Jumbo again.
