Absolutely shocking! Worst kebab I've ever had!! Waited in a queue for 20 minutes when we finally ordered we were told they dont take card. So I ran to the cash point to get some money when I got back they wouldn't let me back in! My friend was stood inside unable to pay. Absolute joke of an establishment, the food reaks of food poisoning. Dirty.
Had food poisoning from this place this whole weekend. Not been pleasant at all. Place changes its name every year or so because of it's terrible hygiene rating. The only reason they're still in business is due to the drunks around the club's .. lucky for them, they're in the perfect position.
Had lamb doner with chips recently. Terrible food and service. The doner was a bit hard to chew, the chips were as oily as they could possibly manage to be and the guy gave no napkins even though he thought I was doing takeaway. In either case, napkins should be provided to say the least. Used to be really good. Quality and service have gone down.
Fly tipped in our dry mix recycling container bin across Exeter from you I found 8 black sacks of your rotting maggot infested cooked & uncooked food waste, 100's of kebab cartons, rubbish and drinks cans along with dozens of your card payment till receipts with the name of your shop on the receipts. Please do not do this again and pay for your own waste disposal. I noticed that under the Food Standards Agency your inspection in December 2018 only gave you a 1 Major Improvement Necessary
Not the best kebab, not the best service, and not the best prices. Average at best. Also please do something about the freezing cold inside the store. Customers need to eat in warm and cozy environment even if they are not paying you a fortune. Thanks.
Very rude serving staff. Very awful food. Won't go here again, because staff didnt even want to hear why i wasn't happy basically because I paid an extra 1.50 for warm mushrooms and didn't get cheese, as per the other option. They were rude, it was dirty and it is not a place I or my friends will be visiting again
Kebab tasteless and cold, salad next to nothing, sauce watery, Chips extremely undercooked and curry sauce tasteless, Burger according to partner not the best but not the worst, Onion rings only ate them to try and get some flavour in my mouth and I hate onion rings! First time ordering from them and most certainly the last! DISGUSTING!!! Will be expecting the squits soon!!!
Rudest delivery driver I've ever come across in my life. Kebab okay, but had better in Exeter. Chips lukewarm and soggy. I'll be keeping to Chef and Grill from now on.
Got order wrong 3 times, awful customer service, staff don't care about customers. We made a compliant & got asked to leave. Terrible business, only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't available. 0 out of 10.
