85p for a poppadom is over priced, massively. I am sick and tired of businesses in Cardiff thinking they can charge London prices. Sauces are watery. Keema naan has a lambs foot contained in it at best. The biriyani, if I wanted carrots in it I’d have asked my mother to make a spicy stew. I grew up with a family of one of the founding members of the juboraj and it is nothing of the sort anymore. Piss poor. Avoid.

Had a Chicken Madras, Rice and Naan bread delivered to me in Mynachdy Road on Sunday evening.......................not my 1st from this business.
It arrived in good time (45 minutess) piping hot. Tasted delicious as always and probably the best I have had in Cardiff..............and I have tried quiet a few.
Staff were polite and helpful and very professional.

Will keep on using Jubaraj Express unless they drop their standards...............which I doubt.

Sometimes it can take a while to get through on the telephone but that only goes to show how popular they are and i know that they only have a rating of 2 but if you are familiar with the rating system then 2 can mean thats of the building structure and even bad record keeping..

All in all a pretty mediocre curry very greasy and pretty tasteless dahl looked like dirty dishwater & didn't taste much better so disappointed having had great meals in their Roach & Rhiwbina restaurants.

Having eaten at most of the Juboraj restaurants and especially missing the one that has closed in Newport I tried the Juboraj Express. I have ordered through Hungry Horse and also by telephone direct and the orders have been correct and on time. The food is fantastic, the flavours and spicing are wonderful and the range of dishes offered is huge.
Try the Chicken Tikka Balti - it is amazing!!!!
