I parked here for the first time. It was totally fine. Easy to find. Centre location which I wanted for a lunch meeting at Cattlemen’s Grill just 2mins away, and then the Turkish Baths.nYes it’s pay on arrival which is maybe a bit unusual but just pay for more than enough time and you’ll not have a problem. Keep a note of your expiration time, set an alarm on your phone, or just return and pay for more time if you need to. It’s not that difficult to manage.nSo it’s a clean and secure car park. Central location. Big spaces. Not cheap but not overly excessive either.nGet your car parked and just have a nice Harrogate day!!nDropped a star though as no receipt available from the pay machine. Haway. Sort that out. Business expenses!!
Pretty much fine as car parks go, lots of space, ample ticket machines, feels safe. However it's pretty archaic to pay up front these days. I ended up paying over the odds because I wasn't sure how long I'd need, and so put an extra hour on. I feel like this can be fixed if they put their minds to it!
Great for spaces. Terrible for payment. No ticket or receipt given at machines so have to make sure you remember your time. The app suggested to pay by comes up with constant warning messages via my virus software not to click on links on it so I couldn’t extend the parking remotely so we had to cut our visit shorter than we wanted.
Ideal for centre of town. Drawback is you pay upfront, having to guess how long you'll staynLocals really hate this.nVery expensive too. Plus expensive and shuts at midnight, so if you can park elsewhere as uou pay alot but it closes at midnight!
The direction on Google maps took us straight to the carpark. The carpark was situated close to the centre of everything so excellent location. Clean and tidy for a multi-story.
