Decent council run car park. Not too cheap to park for the day but decent enough for middle of town. Pretty easy to drive round and fit in bays but the exit barrier was a bit tight so watch your wheels and bumpers. Closes at 11pm and quite well lit and feels safe.nnYou can pay with ticket at machine or just tap bank card at exit with ANPR.
As so common today while the business model is great the staff have shocking hostile, unhealthful, unfriendly, rude and all together bad attitudes. Don’t provide customer service, don’t care to, so obviously don’t have to…what value does their presence bring to your customers? Be assured if their jobs have to be done, they do the worst they possibly can…management get better staff or use some form of encouragement to make this lot care about doing their jobs and do them with the ethos of being customer centric
I don't normally review carparks but since I found this one via reading reviews I thought I'd add my comments.nAlthough I'm not a local, I used the Appy Parking app so my reg number was recognised when I arrived easy to find via Google maps too and the barrier opened. I've got a large SUV and found the parking spaces to be fine, no worse than any other carpark and lots of space on the upper floors.nAnd finally a stair well that didn't smell of pee! Great location and price too, so would definitely recommend!
One of the most satisfying multi-storey car parks I have visited in the last 4 weeks. Full of a variety of cars parked randomly in very close proximity I was lucky to find a space. The view from the top was better than expected although this was not the primary reason for my visit. Good ventilation. I shall certainly consider using this car park in future although I must admit my stay was brief.
Location wise is good. However parking lots are too small for hatchback cars let alone bigger cars. Most likely other cars gonna bang their doors and leave a dent because not everyone is considerate.
