I had an amazing experience with JP Physio and I cannot recommend Lindsey enough. I was struggling quite a lot with back pain at the time, but she came up with a plan of exercises that helped me recover and improve my strength in a very short period of time. She was extremely supportive and absolutely lovely all throughout the process, to the point that I even ended up looking forward to our monthly review sessions. Outstanding service, thank you!
Outstanding service, friendly and very professional. I recently attended JP Physio to have mummy MOT as I had been having a few problems and just wanted to get checked for a piece of mind. Lindsey was great at reassuring me and giving me a plan going forward and working on getting myself to be able to complete my regular exercise patterns pain free and to get me back to my best. I wouldn't of known or done anything about the issues I was having if it wasn't for Lindsey as I was brushed off by GP. So I would 100% highly recommended a mammy MOT to anyone post natal.
I had a Mummy MOT session with Lindsey Graham and it was incredibly helpful. She made me feel completely at ease and gave me a doable plan of action to improve the issues I've been experiencing. If you're a new mum or even a mum who had your child a while ago it's definitely worth booking an MOT with Lindsey. There's so many ways pregnancy and birth can impact our bodies and most of it isn't something you just have to accept and put up with. Having my session with Lindsey has helped me so much :-

I highly recommend Laura at JP Physio! After struggling with mystery pain for many weeks, she helped diagnose the issue and provide treatment. Laura is smart, thoughtful, talented, kind, and helpful. I just wish that I had gone to JP Physio sooner!
Had five sessions with Pete recovering from an ankle injury, he planned and delivered an excellent recovery programme that probably almost halved my rehab time. The process was easy to book and maintain in contact with and Pete was transparent with his thoughts and plans throughout. Would 100% recommend.
My experience with JP physio has been fantastic! I had surgery back in February and through working with the team I have not only managed to get rid of my daily pain but I have just started to compete again in jiu jitsu. Their service is fantastic, the team is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and it’s at a great location in durham. Would thoroughly recommend seeing the team at JP physio if you have an injury
Excellent physio sessions with Laura. After struggling with back pain through sport/training she fixed my severe lower back pain and has put a plan in place to avoid future problems. Her knowledge of the link between rowing and back/nerve issues has made a real difference to how I train and resolves some of my ongoing issues.
I visited JP Physio following a football injury to my knee and glad I did! Jojo was incredibly insightful and set me up on a physio plan that had me back up and running within weeks! The premises are really smart and the business really modern perfect for me! - I received my physio plan through an app I could easily follow and I'm now about to run my first half marathon of 2019. Professional service and amazing results. Thanks team!
I have been treat at JP Physio for two injuries which prevented me from exercising effectively. I had paid a succession of physios who had misdiagnosed the issues, recommended ineffective treatment and had prolonged my period of injury. I was referred to Jojo who immediately identified my plantar fasciitis and who directed effective successful treatment. I later returned having suffered a back injury and was treated by Laura who also immediately identified the underlying issue and successfully treated it. Both physios are highly knowledgeable, professional and display great empathy with clients. I do not hesitate to recommend their services. I would not go anywhere else now.
