Was going to a different salon on numerous occasions to try and lighten my hair and both times that I went my hair was completely different to how I wanted it/imagined it to be, I came here and told Josie exactly what I wanted and had been trying to achieve and she literally got it perfect, don't know why I wasted my money going anywhere else!! Lovely salon and fabbbbb hairdresser :)
