Need to provide some customer service training to their manager! Girls in the shop were pleasant and quite obviously embarrassed by the fact I was left waiting for about 10 mins before he appeared to transaction a refund for me. No apologies for keeping me waiting and quite frankly, damn rude. Not a good advert for the brand.
