I am 15 year of age, i should not be accused of robbing for a shop. Unfortunately I had a very traumatic experience within asda. Unfortunately a woman had been following me around, i understand they have had troubles with teenagers in the past but i should and nobody should be stereotyped as a bad person. It made me really angry and uncomfortable. Never going back again!!
Went into the store the other day, I have to say my experience wasn’t pleasant. Over hearing an older member of staff with jet black hair speaking extremely rudely to a younger member of staff. I’m not sure if It was a manager or just a senior member of staff but it made me feel very uncomfortable and wanted to intervene. I felt sorry for the poor lad. I usually go to the Queensferry one and thought I would try Flint as it’s closer, but after seeing how the staff are treated I’ll be going back to the Queensferry branch. This really needs to be looked into.
I went into your store yesterday and I have to say your security officer was so helpful whilst still doing his job. He is a credit to your store and also the lady on the kiosk till was very friendly.
Easy free parking, plenty of choice for a small Asda, friendly staff, good prices.
Worst asda I've ever been in. Yes the store is small so you don't expect everything but it was still poorly stocked and customer service is poor. I hate self service checkouts but that's all that was available.
