This Pub hold family friendly events at the back of the building. There are plenty of bench tables to sit on as well as a covered sit down area for watching sports and have food from the extensive pub menu as well as Rajiv's Indian food menu. Veg and non veg available.
This place is nothing special in comparison to any other pub, as far as choice of ales, gins or internal decor are concerned BUT they have some great bands on regularly, the punters love live music so all join in and help raise the energy and the staff are great. I have been coming here for a few years and rate it very highly as a great live music venue. They have an up to date website which helps as some competitors don't keep their website up to date when bands change. Keep up the good work Jolly Farmers!
Nice place. Friendly staff. They have an ordering system where drinks and food are paid for separately. They do really nice Indian food - I highly recommend the lamb chops which were delicious.
Loved the outside area, drinks are cheap and Indian food they offer is decent. Though they have changed their menu recently and removed some of my favorites. A darts board is a bonus and good fun with your friends
Absolutely great pub. I visited here last night for the first time. Was very impressed, there was a live band playing, the bar staff were very polite and offered a table service. The prices were very fair too. Highly recommend!
Not been to Purley for a while. The Jolly Farmers has had a make over and the feel is so much better than I remember. Listening to the Friday night band which was the only reason to come in the past and must say I’m impressed. The pub seems to have a proper menu and table service. Will try next time I’m here.
Friendly local pub with good range of beers and nice cider! There's a big improvement to the outside sitting area, now made bigger. Parking at the back too. Unfortunately no food at the moment but hoping that will change soon
This is a great old school pub. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They have a good selection of beers on tap and excellent Indian food too. I’ve been told they play decent music here too. Best pub in Purley
The food is amazing and the drinks are also reasonably priced. There are sometimes local bands/songwriters performing which really adds to the vibe. It's a friendly neighborhood pub
Lovely place with great staff, been there for the first time on Friday, thought we'd be there for few drinks ended up staying there for the live band. Good food at an affordable price.
