Terrible service when using app on NY eve. Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance. Was waiting outside for it 5 mins b4 it was due. Office had cancelled my booking. Apparently if they can not make contact with you b4 it is due to arrive then they will cancel it. Kinda defeats the point of using the app. Nonsense

Don't have any taxi that accept credit card very inconvenient I had to take the train back to Paisley to get the service I wanted
