Fabulous customer service and waiting time. Waiting times are not as bad as they used to be. I find it a lot easier booking a taxi with alpha rather than their rival johnstone based company T.O.A who might be just as cheap but nothing compared to alphas superb waiting times and lovely friendly staff to help if needed .

After reading previous reviews, I was expecting the worst but I’ve been pleasantly surprised: fast service, very nice driver and cheaper than I expected. It’s a five-star for me.

5 mins means 45 mins. 15 mins means it might not come. Avoid. Shame for the drivers though, they're all nice and pleasant

Alpha taxi must be the worst taxi providers. The switch board operators are rude and somewhat illiterate. I left my keys in a taxi and 5 days later am still not able to locate the keys . No managers available to speak to. No one is able to conact the driver. Keep being asked to call back in one hour , two hours etc. Inrerest from staff is zero. overpriced and zero service
