Cleaned a wool coat and waistcoat in a week and I can pick up my parcels at the same time. Polite and friendly staff!

I gave four leather hats in the store to clean them. They said that they must send them in London for professional cleaning. After four weeks I pick them up and I store them in the wardrobe. When I open the bags I realise two of them had burning holes and the other two were not cleaned. I went back in the store to see what happened and she said cannot do anything about that, because passed three months from the date that I gave them for cleaning. 
Today I opened the other two clothes that I gave them for cleaning. Both of them are the same dirty as were before the "cleaning".

Avoid that store, the employees are not competent to deliver at least basic service.
Read all the johnsons cleaners reviews before give your cloths for cleaning.

Shirt service finishing is terrible. The ironing is unacceptable, leaving rumpled creases across all of the major panels; they made a total mess of the cuffs, too.
