We are open 7 days a week and their is a member of staff always present at the shop to assist you should you need any help or would rather have a service wash done.

Eastbourne Launderette has small machines that take up to 16lbs in dry weight and larger capacity machines that take up to 25lbs in weight. We also have new efficient driers and washing machines installed in the launderette that will give you give you the most value for your money!

This place is so “friendly”. My first coming in here and a conversation took place:

Employee (standing over the counter): Watch your head!
Me: (Bump into the drier door). Oops too little too late (trying to make a conversation). No response.

Employee (standing over the counter): You need to pay here!
{didnt know she was talking to another customer as my drier was right infront of the counter}
Me: Sorry?

Employee: No. I wasnt talking to you. If I were talking to you I would have said ‘Excuse Me’.

I was taken aback. I continued to put my clothes into the drier. As soon as I finished doing that, she came over and took away my mini luggage and stands it up - portraying that I’m making a mess and assuming I’m going to leave them over the floor just like that.

I quickly took it away and told her Im bringing it with me. No response. Nothing. Smile? None at all.

My first and definitely my last!

Dear Owner,
Thank you so much for your concern. It was in the starting few times I felt so. These days I am treated well and friendly. The staffs working here are very helpful. Wonderful Service.
