Came out on same day to leak through the ceiling and fixed it with speed and efficiency.  Quickly identified the cause and replaced faulty part in toilet cistern. Did not over charge, would definately recommend.

Honest and efficient service. Gave a proper official written quote and on the quote gave a warranty/guarantee on the works/labour/parts. Sent out an official VAT registered invoice. He was polite throughout and did a great job. Will 100% use again in future

Called Rob as found his details in a bit of a panic on a Saturday evening. He was with me in about 90 minutes. Was polite, fair and calming.
He fixed my plumbing issue in no time at all and with no fuss. 
He also charged a very reasonable rate given that it was a urgent call out on a Saturday night.
I've saved his number and will recommend him to anyone in need of any help in the Stafford area. Thanks Rob
