I drop off a high value package and it got lost. The woman working there apparently scan the item and emptied the box. They stole the item from inside, they didn’t provide me with any proof and I had to claim back the item. They are actual thieves. Do not drop your packages.
Disgusting customer service, would not recommend anyone go here. I took in a suit to be dry cleaned, the woman behind the counter took my details since I had not been here before, as well as payment. She gave me a receipt and explained when I could pick up my suit. So far so good. However my return visit to collect my items was not so pleasant. I explained to the man behind the counter who's badge indicated he was the store manager by the way that I was there to collect a suit. No response, just a blank stare. I gave in my surname thinking he would look it up on the computer using the details I'd already provided. "Where's your ticket?" he asked. I explained that I wasn't aware the receipt was needed as no one told me this previously and started looking for said receipt. Whilst looking at me like I'm an idiot he asked me "what did you think the ticket was for?". I was a bit dumbfounded by the attitude of this individual and stated again that no one explained this. He asked me for my details and then retrieved the suit within about 30 seconds. Clearly it wasn't so hard to get my items without the receipt after all. He then said "sorry, it's just we get about thirty people a day coming in here without the tickets". I suggested that perhaps if so many people are coming in without the receipts then this needs to be communicated better to new customers. He dismissed my suggestion "no, it's just that people can't be bothered to bring the tickets". At this point I'm fuming and can't believe the way in which I've just been spoken to, so left the store. I can only assume that this individual is bitter at the fact he is working in a dry cleaning store, thus the utter contempt for the customers. Needless to say, I will not be going back here. Plenty of other local alternatives.

5 stars because this dry cleaners were able to dry clean a three piece suit in less than 12 hours removing stains that other dry cleaners were unable to eradicate. Called up on Wednesday afternoon and got quoted for a three piece suit at £17.50ish. Very friendly and efficient they had it sorted by 11:30am the next day Thursday. Surprisingly one of the only dry cleaners in Manchester city centre that will dry clean your clothes the same day without sending the garments elsewhere.
Literally the most unhelpful staff you could find. Rancid.Service: Delivery
gave my jeans to clean, stuck chewing gum-cleaning was mediocre, marks were chewing gum! Check the receipt immediately without leaving the store, I had to pay twice because I did not check the receipt I was given when I was taking clothes to dry cleaning!
They failed 2 years ago, tried again, there is no change. They still don't know how to treat a customer and not cleaning well. Hope I will find another one soon.
