Unhelpful. We needed a spare part but John Willetts were unhelpful and refused to supply it in case they ordered the wrong thing. I won’t be buying anything from them again if this is a sign of their customer service.

They left the fire in a dangerous condition with fumes from the chimney coming into the room. Promised to fit a vent but never did.

From entering the showroom to completion of work we received first class service all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond everything I expected. The new fireplace looks amazing, Thank you John Willetts and company!

We recently had one of their special offer stove packages fitted, the service that I received was fantastic. The norvik stove that they installed looks beautiful, the fitters did a great job and were very polite. I will be recommending John Willetts Fireplaces to all my friends.

The staff were very rude and ignored us. When we asked for help in choosing a suitable fire the woman who couldn't be bothered stepping from behind her counter barked "they are all over just choose one". Needless to say we promptly left the store and spent our £600 elsewhere.
