Central locking wouldn't work on my old BMW - joined AA and they were useless, had to pay over £250 for them to call out and then they didn't turn up till the next day and then they couldn't get into my car so left doing nothing for me and I still don't know what I have paid them for. Called Jock the Lock he was actually working near by my home so picked me up and took me to my car an hour away in Brecon.  Managed to get into my car in less time than I was on hold with the AA.  Apparently it was my key that had a fault, he recharged the told key and fitted a new board and supplied a new remote so that I now have a spare.  I am over the moon with this companies service - he worked quickly and I was a little in awe watching him work.  I would definitely recommend Graham he definitely saved the day for me and was cheaper and quicker than the multi billion pound company AA are.  A***** Thank you

Visited Jock about 5 months ago, and I still remember my visit to his unit. He is a very polite fellow and very quick with his work, and I can see why everyone wants to go to him with any key faults he is a mastermind

Needed duplicate keys quickly and they certainly delivered. The owner is a typical dour Scot and is a Gers supporter but we will forgive him for that ! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service, one key for my Saab had a broken contact and whilst others wanted large sums to fix Jock sorted the problem with a secondhand key very quickly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

My Car had ignition problems not one mechanic could identify the problem and it couldn’t be moved due to the steering lock. Garages I contacted stated they couldn’t even look at it until the end of September that’s if I could get it there, and if it was the ignition barrel I would not get the part until April 2023 !!! Mercedes dealers stated a new key would take 48 hours and as it’s the BH weekend longer . The RAC couldn’t even move it but they did recommended Jock the lock. So impressed with this service he sorted it out by the roadside by making and reprogramming a new key hey presto done and sorted in no time. Would highly recommend Jock the Lock

The remote locking on my Kia Sportage key stopped working without explanation. Took it to Jock the Lock and within 5 minutes it was recoded and all working again. Very reasonable price compared to the cost of having it done at a dealer. Highly reccomended.

I needed another key for the car as the one i had was damaged, turned out to be a really fiddly job and I wasn't charged more than quote given over the phone.  Unfortunately there is some minor damage to my dashboard as it had to taken apart and the eml light was left on, I had to get the car scanned and reset.  Key works fine, it was a fiddly job.

Absolutely charming man , helped me over the phone without having a call out charge
