Not bad, parked to visit the regent theatre as did quite a few people so it was a bit slow getting back out. Cheap parking for the evening and only five mins from the regent. Corners are a bit tight in there on the ramps and you do have to go up to get down and out , you can see the scrapes on the walls where people have struggled getting round.
Ideal car park for theatre and Hanley museum. Only just a few minutes walk away. Probably about 8-10 minutes walk to the bus station and centre. Tight narrow ramps, not good for larger cars. Car park was lit and fairly clean. £2.80 for 2 hours. Sunday all day is £3. Pay stations are not on every floor. Enter registration and pay.
Caution if using for the theatre. Tight spaces and ramps and extremely long waits to exit at theatre times. At time of writing this review I have been sat 45 mins not moving and my car park ticket is about to run out.
Appalling experience, cramped spaces, not enough pay stations, queues. Ruined our evening in the 'cultural' quarter. Avoid this hellhole of a carpark!
Absolutely pathetic outdated car park. Don't attempt it as a new driver with a bigger car, the ramps are just too narrow. My 3 week old car is in a mess and im gutted. I blamed myself but after reading these reviews and seeing the paint off everyone elses cars I realised its just another problem car park thanks to our ridiculous council. I had to reverse repeatedly to get the angle to get out of the car park, on the last one I couldn't reverse as a van was behind me so then I got stuck scraping my car 3 times. After the theatre people can't get out, theres so many arguments, beeping and just so horrible. It needs sorting or warnings putting up about the ramps and ridiculously small spaces.
