The most disabled parking I've ever seen. Such a shame it's not free to park.

Very busy and drivers seem to ignore the one-way arrow markings, which means you have to be careful as you meet them coming the wrong way as you are looking for a space. They scowl at you because you were driving in the correct direction and got in their way.
Most the payment machines don't work, but carry on acting as if they do and you have to go through the whole process of entering you reg number at each one for it to do nothing and not give an error message. It feels like its set up like this so people don't get a ticket and get fined, why else would it be so poorly maintained.
Needs to sort out out the cost of parking far too expensive for short term parking.
