Do not go in there with a tall vehicle, as there is a 2.2m barrier to exit the carpark, even though you can park outside fine. No signs when you are entering of this height limit, so you just get stuck when you leave. The help button and mobile help number are not answered either. Completely unacceptable.
A bit of a dodgy dark environment, no toilets, all the shops are being closed down and they charge £3 for the privilege of driving in to use the chargers for a few minutes. Carmarthen council need to step up a bit and at least offer a toilet if we are paying through the nose to use this place

I went to charge my car and spent £3 for parking whilst the car was charging. The KWH price is high and on top you pay parking. For small quick charge avoid.
