I did read a previous review about a hairdresser ringing in sick just before an appointment so I was skeptical to book, anyway the owner called me to say the hairdresser had called in sick and cancelled my appointment, these things happen but annoying, so when i responded with yes I have seen this on google reviews previously, the owner blatantly lied that their hairdresser has never called in sick before. Unprofessional - Avoid !

First let me add, I booked my appt one week prior to a religious function which I needed my hair done for. On the day of the appt one hour before the girls from the salon decide to call and say that the hair dress is sick. Well that's what one said over the phone and then the one I spoke to over text said there is a grievance in the hair dressers family. Come on who are you fooling ? Atleast all of you should have the same story which proves how much liars they are. Then they told me we can see you tomorrow I said fine book me in for tomorrow and they said fine. Then all of a sudden they message and say no sorry we can't and we are sorry to mess about with you. Yeah you mess with your customers like that. Great! Hands up to this salon for ruining everything for me and for doing this the last second when no other Salon would book me. I hope you just lost not one customer but more and those who are reading it.
