John Knight Glass supplied and fitted a new aluminum front door and side glazed panel. Every member of staff I dealt with was excellent. The showroom staff explained and worked out the best option based upon my requirements. The organizing team were extremely good at keeping me informed of who would be turning up and when they would arrive. No missed appointments over five visits. The installing team were proficient and did not make a mess. There were a couple of issues relating to the colour matching of the frame and surrounding trims and the fine adjustment of the door in its frame. However these were quickly recognised and rectified without quibble. They kept coming back until the installation was complete and perfect. Therefore I think JKG fully deserve their five stars and I would not hesitate to recommend them. A job well done.
James welcomed us to the showroom, taking time to explain options and the quality behind the products. He then prepared a quote from our architect drawings whilst offering some great ideas. Highly recommend this company for top quality & service.
JKG have supplied glazing for my last 3 residential new builds which were large modern properties with substantial openings, all anything but standard sizes. I have found the products they supply and the level of service they offer alongside them first class. Their team are incredibly knowledgeable and have always been very helpful when spec'ing out a project, installing it, and with after sales support as well. The prices I've been are quoted have been very reasonable and importantly that's the price you then pay when the job is done, no hidden extras. Highly recommended.
I used John Knight Glass for my renovation and they are outstanding. They provided all my glass. Flush windows, skylights and slim sliders. All excellent. More importantly, they never let us down. The builders did, electrician did etc but they always delivered. Thank you. Derek Hubbard
