This is the second time we have used Kitchen Design - they installed our first kitchen 30-something years ago - the units of which were dated but still in reasonable order. This time we didn't need just a kitchen make-over but a complete building project. Other companies were unable to help with one or other of our requirements. The final design involved removal of a wall and chimney, blocking up of windows, re-siting a doorway, replacement floor, creation of a downstairs cloakroom, replacement plumbing and electrics etc. and all the other things that go with knocking 2 rooms into one. The whole project took a mere 6/7 weeks and was made very easy by the excellent management and supervision of Bill and the attitude of all the various workers for whom nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship is top notch. The kitchen itself has been superbly designed, is of excellent quality, is wonderful to work in and has provided a definite "WOW" factor for all who come to see it. We are SO pleased, cannot thank the whole team enough and unreservedly recommend this firm for your consideration.

Our decision to go ahead with our new kitchen with Kitchen Design was because of the high-end quality of units in the showroom and their price was surprisingly fair and reasonable. Design We had a good idea of what we wanted from the onset, but Bill and his team were very informative and helpful towards the various options available. Together they helped us plan the perfect kitchen. Installation A detailed schedule was given for each stage from start to time of finish. First the old kitchen was taken out ready for the prep work of electrics/plumbing/plastering. Once the prep work was done (to a very high standard) the units were delivered and to our surprise it filled one of our rooms. Ray installed the kitchen and he was meticulous with each and every aspect of the kitchen. The process was quite dusty but the electricians, plasterers, plumbers and kitchen installer was very clean and tidy and made sure everything was as it should be at the end of each day. The final kitchen The kitchen didn't look the part until the worktops were installed. But once that was done it looked amazing and it looked like a showroom kitchen to be proud of. We were reluctant to use it at first but in the end we couldn't wait to try it out. We would gladly recommend Kitchen Design to anyone looking for their perfect kitchen. We visited many kitchen planners on the Wirral, Bill and his team at the Kitchen Design Centre were the only company who listened to what we wanted and set about modifying the design until it was perfect at a reasonable price and completed on time. The workmanship was first class and the design has revolutionised our kitchen. Would definitely use Kitchen Design again if we moved house and would only use other companies for comparison.

I Chose Heswall Kitchens to design my kitchen, as they were the most helpful from the moment I stepped into their showroom. We had several discussions before the kitchen was started and there was no problem that couldn't be sorted. When the day arrived for the work on the kitchen to be started I found all the men from the different trades worked well and left my home clean and tidy at the end of each day. Now I have a bright new kitchen and when my friends and family see it remark how good it looks. So many thanks to Bill and all his team for all their help. Ann - Oxton

Charles and Cheryle - May 2012 In November, 2011, we commissioned a full kitchen replacement from Heswall Kitchens including all plasterwork, kitchen suite, floor coverings, plumbing and electrical services and the like. Having regard for the size and potential cost of the job, we had made enquiries to several local kitchen companies to determine the range and cost of the kitchen suites that were available. Whilst price was a significant factor in our decision making, we were also keen to ensure that the kitchen that we ordered was suited to our home and requirements - a tailor made solution. After a lot of searching, we arrived at Heswall Kitchens and were immediately impressed by the products that were on display in the showroom. After an initial discussion with Bill and his team, we invited them to the house to assess the available space and to suggest a design that would provide solutions for those awkward spaces that the other companies had failed to resolve (which he did). After completing the design and specification, we agreed an overall price with Bill, who provided advice and discounts throughout the reckoning to ensure that our budget was not exceeded. The work started (on time) and continued to competion in accordance with the time table that we had agreed. Each of the tradesmen that came to the house was professional, polite and tidy and produced the kitchen that Bill had promised - we were especially impressed by Ray, the joiner, whose skills have created an exceptionally tight set of units and fittings that have produced a high quality finish to the kitchen. At the end of the job, we paid the price that we had agreed - there were no hidden extras or cost increases. The kitchen that we have obtained from Heswall Kitchens was not the cheapest that we could have commissioned; however, we are completely satisfied that the quality of the materials that were used and the skills that were delivered have combined to produce a five star result that will last us for many years to come. From our experience, we recommend Heswall Kitchens, unreservedly.
