Build My Home and Michael Ford received a County Court Judgement against them on the 25th of November 2016 and were ordered to pay costs, debt and interest. The company took a sizable deposit, performed a few days of substandard work and walked off site when asked to explain why they had not worked to the agreed specification of the contract. There are many builders in your area, my advice would be to engage one who has not been found in breach of contract by a County Court.
