We decided to replace our carpet in our lounge/diner and stairs and landing. We went to our local Carpetright in Harwich just to have a look. Jake was very helpful and we chose real wood flooring for the lounge/diner and a plain carpet for the stairs & landing. After the surveyor had been out to measure up we ordered our wood and carpet. We had a call from Susan to say that our choice of wood wouldn’t be available until Dec but she offered a replacement from the same brand which was a similar coloursame price and would be available in July as previously agreed. I was very happy with her replacement offer and it was ordered. The wood fitter, William and his mate dropped the wood off 48 hrs before fitting and arrived as agreed early on day of fitting. They worked efficiently and were cheerful and friendly, they also moved the heavier items around so we didn’t have to worry. We are extremely pleased with the wood it is fitted lovely. Very professional. We had the carpet fitter arrive early the following morning to do the stairs and landing and again he was very friendly and we are happy with the results. We were a little nervous about using Carpetright having heard a few horror stories over the years but we are extremely pleased and happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you Harwich Carpetright.

After moving in, in January and a baby due in august we were in quite a rush to renovate the whole house and have flooring down everywhere before the due date. Carpet was fitted brilliantly and quickly upstairs quite early on but it then left the task of the downstairs. The lads from the Harwich branch came back early last week to lay the laminate floor in the kitchen/diner and follow on from what they fitted in the hallway just a few weeks before. Under difficult circumstances, and with it also being the hottest day on record I came home from work to find it laid exactly how we requested, and to a high standard of quality. Spot on lads. We needed a new stair and landing carpet and we were given help when it came to finding the best quality that was affordable for our budget. Really easy and simple to order and we didn’t have to wait for long to have it fitted. Fitters were cheerful, quick and did a great job of the finished project. Will shop there again.

Jennifer provided a five star service, going above & beyond; from providing experienced advice, measuring up last minute to fit us in quickly for fitting and answering our emails and calls very quickly.
