Fantastic service, i have been helping my best friend after losing her dad and Daniel from Duckworths was amazing. The whole team made this sad time so much easier to bear. If I still lived in Sunderland these guys would be my first choice. They certainly do not overcharge either.... In my opinion they were more than value for money. Exceptional service.... Would certainly recommend.

Malcolm took care of us and guided us through this whole process. Everything was made as easy as possible. Questions anticipated and answered. Great communication and felt nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service at a difficult time Thank you.

The service received was first class, my mother sadly passed away and I wanted a traditional service after contacting numerous funeral directors in the Sunderland area we chose John Duckworth! We weee actually offered a choice of either Rolls Royce in traditional black or a new fleet of silver Mercedes Benz, a small matter in the sense of things but the only funeral director in the area that could offer a choice, totally client focused and beyond the call for service.
