Shocking company to deal with. Being working on paperwork for 18 months and still not resolved. NEVER return calls, have taken money and STILL not provided a service.  Where has my money gone? I phone every day and never get a call back. They have taken my money and still provided a service.Will now pursure further.

Only used for house purchases and sells and have yet to encounter any problems.  always prompt when passing on information and they respond to emails within an hour. Very clear regarding costs and always helpful.
