Very delicious ice cream. Mixed flavours. 3 x scoops for 5.5£ only
Definitely not gelato. You can call it ice-cream, but it has nothing to do with proper Italian gelato. Also, my ice-cream was put on the cone very poorly and fell down after three licks. Very disappointing.
Such a nice wide range of choice for ice cream lovers. There are fun flavours that you cannot find elsewhere. You can also sit in half of a vespa which is also pretty fun in itself. The only issue is that there are very few spaces so sitting is really not a guarantee.
My granddaughter likes these ice creams and they're not an exorbitant price. Cones nice and crisp. I'm a rum and raisin fan but I'll settle for a nutty one instead. Scooter seats are fun but watch kids wriggling too much or the cone ends up facing the floor!!
The one in shepherds bush westfield joe delicious use to be my favourite ice cream place. I go to Westfield just for their ice cream. But today Friday the 31st of march at 5.15 pm. I Took my friends and my family to try their ice cream. The young guy with the beard with a foreign accent was unprofessional and was very rude. He was taking own order and at the same time was repeating after my uncle as if he is An ignorant person. And explains to my uncle what the ice cream flavour is with a loud voice as if my uncle has not seen or tasted an ice cream before. In other words his customer service is zero. I had to explain to him that my uncle knows what flavour they are and to just give him what he want. But all he was doing was arguing with us in a rude way. I was put off and had to leave. I will never have their ice cream again and will make sure non of my friends and family will. What a bad experience I'm so gutted with this place
I went there today to buy a “Thick Shake”. There was a short girl and a bigger indian girl. Both are very young girls. The short girl was really friendly and knew what she was doing but the big Indian girl gave me the worsest thick shake ever. Now I paid £4 for a waterry ice cream. And when I asked them it’s not thick, she replied to me if I make it any thicker i won’t be able to suck it. When I left I realised what a bad thick shake I got. May this never happen to anyone else. They should have been provided with some training instead of just giving really bad non sense excuses. This is my first and last time time at this Shop probably. I m giving 2 star only because the small girl was really nice and friendly.
Just had the most amazing ice cream from the Brighton branch staff were lovely and we all enjoyed my bubblegum was amazing the lemon and salted caramel were delicious my children wanted more
Amazing choice of sorbet's for those with an intolerance to dairy and lactose. Haven't found anywhere else where the sorbet's taste soo good.
It’s got a nice selection of flavours, but taste itself is subpar - staff are friendly when I visited
Extremely slow worker, always long queues and way too small cups for the scoop. One scoop is 3£ which’s too much
