Spoke to a very rude woman when I called, left us stranded after saying she waited and called (she didn't). Thankfully Coastal taxis saved us!

Only use this as a last resort! Both times I have been driven about by a woman I am sick and tired of her insulting other customers...from the private matters of customers to remarking on the fact they smelt, it's completely unprofessional. The first time I used her service I had a lot of food shopping with me, which she put in the boot of her car with her dog! The dog was barking and growling as I sat in the seat, and her dog trampled all my shopping, knocked it out of the bags, sniffed at my food etc. Also tried to get a taxi once and she seemed to think I was someone else who had been calling her regularly. She rushed the call and couldn't understand I wasn't who she thought I was, and I ended up calling a taxi from town instead. Really do not recommend this service!!
